We are currently seeking a Sales Manager (B2B Logistics) to drive market expansion and develop strategic partnerships with major FMCG, retail clients and Industrial Zones. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in B2B logistics, supply chain optimization, and tailored logistics solutions for high-demand industries.

I. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing.
  • Drive revenue growth by negotiating and securing contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors).
  • Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a B2B Sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance in deal closures.
  • Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to optimize revenue growth.

II. Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of solid experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in domestic transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, or fulfillment services for enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record in logistics solution consulting and competitive bidding for major brands, particularly in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics).
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, training, and managing high-performance sales teams, with the ability to drive execution in dynamic, target-driven environments.
